Welcome to Twinkle Wallet ("the Service"), provided by Twinkle Finance ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of the Service
The Service provides tools to extract and analyze transactional data from users’ emails, offering curated insights, analytics, and ads to assist with inventorying and purchasing needs.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid Google account to provide access to your Gmail data.
3. Account Setup
You must authorize access to your Gmail account using Google OAuth 2.0. By doing so, you grant us permission to read and search your emails to extract transactional data.
4. Data Collection and Usage
- Data We Collect: The Service will extract transactional data related to your purchases from your Gmail account.
- Data Storage:
- Raw email data will be securely stored for 90 days.
- Analytics derived from your data will be stored for up to 5 years by default, with an option for you to extend this period.
- We may use raw data before deletion to train our AI models.
- Third-Party Sharing: Your data may be shared with trusted third-party partners to deliver curated ads and inventory recommendations.
- Consent: By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and sharing of your data as described.
5. SMS Notifications
- Weekly Updates: When you opt into the Service, we will send occasional SMS updates about the weekly status of your receipt porting into the Twinkle platform.
- Cancellation:
- Text “STOP” to +1 (253) 407-0150 to cancel the SMS service.
- After cancellation, you can still send receipts to +1 (253) 407-0150.
- To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and SMS messages will resume.
- Help Commands: Text “HELP” to +1 (253) 407-0150 for assistance.
- Carrier Availability: We deliver messages to major and minor carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.
6. Privacy and Security
- Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AWS infrastructure.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for securing access to your Gmail account and notifying us of unauthorized access.
7. Accuracy and Limitations
The Service processes data on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any extracted or displayed data.
8. Termination of Access
- By You: Delete your account or send a termination request to support@twinkle.finance.
- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time and for any reason.
9. Advertising and Monetization
The Service is free for beta users. It includes curated ads based on your data.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties.
- We disclaim liability for errors, unauthorized access, or data loss.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
